            What are your operating hours?

• Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-3 PM 

• STAT Blood Draws 24hrs local

• All other testing such as Covid,FLU,RSV, Strep,Rapid Drug Testing, Lipids, Blood Sugar Testing, Pregnancy Testing, STD Testing,Blood Pressure Checks, Fingerprinting, and I9 services are available 7 days/week. (Appointment only) 9 AM-5 PM. After hours available upon request.

 

                  Is fasting required?

• Tests that includes lipids, glucose, or cholesterol fasting is required. 

 

        What methods of payment do you accept?

• Cash, Credit, Debit. 

 

                      When will you arrive?

• All appointments are subject to a 60 minute window due to traffic or any previous patient complications.

• For example If your appointment is scheduled for 6 AM we have until 7 AM to arrive, so please schedule accordingly.

 

                 Is there a cancellation charge?

• Yes. For appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice there is a $40 non refundable charge.
